Requirements

Responsibility
- pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements as shown on the picking note
- damage Management: Remove any damaged or bruised products for downgrading or waste
- safe Packing: Carefully pack produce to maintain quality and protect from damage and allergen contamination
- loading: Load packed orders into the relevant van according to each van's map
- food Safety: Report any issues affecting food safety to the manager on duty
- quality Control: Ensure products with stated shelf life are properly rotated , with the shortest shelf life product picked first, especially for dairy and chilled goods with use-by dates
- customer Feedback: Inform Walid of any customer complaints or food quality incidents from the previous shift
- hygiene: Support the company’s food safety policy by observing good personal hygiene practices and reporting any illness to Walid
