Responsibility
- to deliver outstanding customer service communicating in a clear manner
- to actively meet customers needs, whilst maximising the sales result
- proactively market our database via email and using software like mailchimp or similar
- to be well organised using online diary and methodical in running effective campaigns
- to give customers excellent support and assistance via the telephone, letter writing and via Live chat to assist in a good sales experience
- to ensure that all administrative processes are used correctly for a smooth ordering process for online sales, at all times meeting company standards
- maintaining a strong customer service focus for after sales service and supporting the customer journey to maintain lasting customer relations and repeat business
Requirements
- use of company I.T. equipment to ensure smooth order processing and Customer Service advice
- good timekeeping and diligent when working independently
- customer Service and Sales experience
- must have cold call telesales experience
- relevant experience
- good I.T. skills and numeracy skills
- personable with excellent listening and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with customers, via telephone or online chat
- outstanding standards of communication with customers and other employees
