Requirements

  • this role would suit a hard working and organised individual who can work independently
  • good IT skills
  • technical knowledge surrounding finance and in particular pensions will be needed within the role. Training will be provided however the applicant should have an analytical mind
  • work to pressing deadlines, being personally resilient and able to handle the pressure of a busy team, a demanding workload and complex client needs

Responsibility

  • the main purpose of the role is to provide technical and administrative support to Advisers, Paraplanners & Client Managers within a busy team
  • experience in the industry preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a high performing client team
  • take telephone calls and deal with email queries as appropriate and act on non-technical queries
