Responsibility
- working closely with the Project Director to deliver the project
- monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards are achieved and address any issues with the team
- supervision and the management of a safe, tidy, well organised construction site
- reviewing progress and liaising regularly with other design team and client members including report writing
- reviewing and commenting on RAMS to ensure compliance, arrange and chair pre-start meetings with sub – contractors
- maintain accurate site diaries for all activities and highlight any risk items to appropriate manager
- selecting and ordering all required tools and materials
- assist with the production of short term and project programmes
