Requirements
- minimum three years’ experience working on an IT helpdesk delivering technical support
- must have worked with business customers and be used to dealing with IT directors
- problem solving skills with the ability to think independently
- great knowledge of Microsoft products and licences, with accreditation an advantage
- good communicator with strong customer care skills and business acumen
- excellent understanding of data security
- must have worked with on-premise, hybrid and cloud configurations
- able to plan effectively and prioritise work
Responsibility
- we are looking for a new member of the technical helpdesk team to play a key role in supporting customers at Beaming, a specialist Internet Service Provider

- to take up this position, you must be a team player, take pride in your performance and own problems on behalf of clients
- you will be able to ask the right question to get to the heart of the matter and identify potential obstacles, so as to work out the best solution
- you will be working with business customers of all sizes across the UK, so must be comfortable dealing with business owners and directors and you will need to communicate effectively with customer IT teams and suppliers
