Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has arisen at The Wheatsheaf in Bakewell for a Full Time Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manger to join the team
- experience in a similar role would be preferred, full training will be given
- you will be working closely with the General Manager in this family-owned traditional pub, which boasts great food, beers and friendly staff
- assisting with cash flow, cashing up and closing the premises at the end of shift
Requirements
- experience at a Managerial level within the Catering & Hospitality Sector
- confidence to delegate tasks and use initiative to solve problems when they arise
- A desire to learn and grow within the business
- the ability to create an enjoyable atmosphere for both tourists, residents and local customers alike, displaying excellent customer services skills at all times
