- beacon Care are now looking to employ a Residential Unit Manager for our Accrington home
- this is a new and exciting opportunity for a manager with experience working Ofsted registered Children's homes
- as Residential manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
- you will work together with colleagues from Local Authorities, multi-agency service areas and care inspectorate
- you will lead and maintain a living and learning environment that promotes the safeguarding and wellbeing of children and young people
- ensuring that each young person is recognised for their unique qualities, interests, and needs
- as the Residential Unit Manager, you will also be required to demonstrate practical, visible, and compassionate leadership
