I would like to report this particular individual for meticulously scamming myself into paying money and funds into a property company BDR properties for the absolute hardship and difficulty which he has caused me both emotionally and mentally. I met this individual at a property event and he goes by the name Ricardo Dos Santos Taborda. He told me a pack of lies, deceit and deception. He told me that if I was to fund him £7500 he would use that for an investment into his company and that I would get that money back on the 28th February 2024. I had not received any payments whatsoever on the 28th February 2023. There was a loan agreement created in principle to suggest the payment of this amount. It was decided that the original loan agreement could not be followed due to cash flow issues, delays in recieving loan guarantor money, solicitor payments and other cash flow related issues. The other re arranged date where the payment was supposed to be made was the 01/03/2024 of a payment of £1500. The delay had occurred on consecutive instances. There were many different reasons given to justify the changing of payment dates. Despite my ample time and prior warning provided for repayment, I have received no response or effort to settle this debt in any capacity from the borrower. We have had several conversations on the phone in regards to this matter and this individual Ricardo Dos Santos has been rude and has not given me any reasons whatsoever as shown in the below messages. Please report his company BDR properties which is based in Carlisle as shown on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn so people are aware of what has been going on and therefore revelevant action can be taken.
