  • to greet clients and contractors on entering the site in a professional manner and direct appropriately
  • to promote BD Group’s professional standards ensuring that the building and reception areas are professional, clean and tidy
  • to undertake a range of administration support functions including photocopying, scanning, filing opening and distributing the post and taking deliveries
  • open and distribute company post and sort and distribute tenant post as needed
  • prepare meeting rooms ensuring that are clean and tidy
  • assisting with taking telephone calls from clients/customers
  • reporting any maintenance issues and requesting repairs to comply with Health and Safety
  • keep stationery cupboard tidy and stocked and inform Reception Manager of stock that may need ordering
