- to greet clients and contractors on entering the site in a professional manner and direct appropriately
- to promote BD Group’s professional standards ensuring that the building and reception areas are professional, clean and tidy
- to undertake a range of administration support functions including photocopying, scanning, filing opening and distributing the post and taking deliveries
- open and distribute company post and sort and distribute tenant post as needed
- prepare meeting rooms ensuring that are clean and tidy
- assisting with taking telephone calls from clients/customers
- reporting any maintenance issues and requesting repairs to comply with Health and Safety
- keep stationery cupboard tidy and stocked and inform Reception Manager of stock that may need ordering
