the successful candidates must have previous PLC house building experience and will have certificates in SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
you will be capable of managing a team with the minimum of supervision and set high standards of quality, customer service and Health and Safety
the successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and have the confidence to liaise at senior management level and have the ability to manage and motivate staff and take pride in the job
you will have a good knowledge of the industry and current construction techniques and also have a good understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC standards and Health and Safety Legislation
