- this person needs to be hands-on, responsible, a decision maker who can manage people through highly effective communication and leadership skills
- the administration office and warehouse is based in Tiverton with 10 staff, and we have a strong group of 20 field engineers based in England, Scotland and Wales

- we are looking for a high-level person who will develop a deep knowledge of the company by carrying out and being responsible for the many and varied back-office operations and tasks to be able to manage day to day running of the business

- this will free up the current management team to focus more on business development, new projects, and the customer facing operational side of the business
