  • ● Monthly stock takes are to be carried out for consumables
  • ● Ensure your departmental cleaning schedules are kept up to date, reviewed and countersigned as required on a daily,weekly or monthly basis
  • ● Ensure all completed staff training is placed in the team members P-file
  • ● Ensure all paperwork is completed to company standard
  • ● Conduct site walk arounds with all new team members within your department
  • ● Ensure “BOOM boards” are up to date with any relevant updates to our practises
  • ● Drive the team promote guest feedback through social media
