Responsibility

  • the Shop Supervisor is responsible to help build good customer relationships and increase sales
  • the ideal candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills for the position
  • maintaining storefront, including Merchandising and rotating displays
  • communicating with Management to ensure the shop continues to run smoothly
  • answer customer inquiries and give advice about products
  • connect with customers face-to-face, to market your goods and grow your business, Ordering stocks from wholesaler, manufacturers and importers
  • lead and co-operate with other employees where needed, operate shop till and any related software for recording sales and purchases
  • daily opening and closing the store and check the opening and closing cash balance

Requirements

  • excellent all-around managing skills
  • bachelor &/Master’s degree or a related study and experience
  • excellent organisational and proven ability to manage the full extent of business requirements
  • must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • retail sales: 1 year
  • supervising experience: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
  • experience Required: 1-2 Years
