Responsibility

  • identify and research the best markets and events to attend, ensuring maximum exposure and sales potential
  • secure booth or stall bookings at identified markets, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely setup
  • drive to various markets and events to promote & sell our delicious gluten-free bakery products
  • set up and maintain an attractive and organized market stall to showcase our products effectively
  • represent the company professionally, engaging with potential customers, and be polite at all times
  • engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations
  • demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products, highlighting their unique selling points
  • actively pursue sales opportunities by proactively approaching potential customers and encouraging them to make purchases

Requirements

  • outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers and market organizers
  • strong organizational skills to identify, research, and book markets or events
  • strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales effectively
  • smart and Professional appearance with business appropriate attire
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • must be at least 25 years and hold a valid and clean driving license, as driving is a requirement of the role
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure an appealing and well-maintained market booth
  • previous experience in sales, preferably in a market or retail environment, or a have natural talent for sales, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
