Responsibility
- to perform Client and Care Worker assessments and reviews
- to conduct risk assessments for new service users
- to ensure legislative requirements are met and to complete all appropriate paperwork for Care Plans and Service User files
- to cover “on call” on a rostered basis and to cover care work as and when necessitated
- to promote and ensure that the highest quality care and support is provided to our service users
- to train and cover payroll administration duties as and when necessary
- to undertake other duties as required from time to time
