Responsibility
- dealing with walk-in enquiries and selling our courses & programmes to them
- updating the company CRM with all prospective student details, follow up information, sales, tasks, etc
- ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students consistently
- keeping a good relationship with current students to manage their course extensions
- following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- helping in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater College in London: Collaboration with other business, sponsorships, local fairs, etc
- reports to: Direct Sales Manager
