- completing general office administration
- liaising directly with drivers and customers to ensure deliveries are made efficiently
- answering the phone and dealing with queries from customers and other depots

- proven office administration experience gained within a busy operational environment
- good geographical knowledge of North Wales
- high level of attention to detail
- accurate and timely typing and data entry skills
- good IT skills with the ability to use various computer programmes
- excellent communication skills and able to provide clear instructions – predominantly over the phone
- administrative experience: 1 year
