Paul and his company bay woodburners installed a twin wall system in our home, we had a lovely stovax and a tear drop slate corner hearth. My wife and I are very impressed with Paul’s communication and can do attitude. We are also impressed with the high standard of workmanship. Highly recommended

Bay Woodburners are an unreliable and unprofessional service.
I was let down time and time again, then my installation cancelled 2 days before, with another poor excuse.
They blocked me on Facebook so that I could not write a review on there...
Luckily for me, Harbour Stoves came to save the day, not only did I recieve a excellent service, but they were cheaper too!
Multi fuel stove install

I have bay woodburners install a few stoves for us over the years, the most recent one being a couple of days ago. Paul is such a lovely guy and he takes a lot of pride in his work. We had a bit of an awkward job and there was quite alot of building work involved but Paul went above and beyond so that we could get our dream fire. We have experience (quite bad) of other companies in the area but Paul and his company are faultless
