Responsibility
- up to £35K
- activities at a Care Home for the Elderly, Frail and those living with Dementia
- 45hrs
- weekends on rotation
- LIFESTYLE MANAGER Reporting to the Home Manager, the successful candidate will be working closely with residents to ensure a range of interesting and stimulating activities are planned in every week
- you may also be involved in organising in-house and other events such as Christmas parties, Easter raffles and Summer fares etc, which ultimately contributes towards the continuous high quality of care given to our residents
- you will encourage outings and organise short trips, provide regular reminiscence therapy, organise birthday, garden and tea parties, liaise with outside agencies, including music groups, dramatic societies, schools, colleges, and any other relevant organisations, monitor and record all resident’s occupational progress in individual files and attend multi-disciplinary meetings
