you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, their landlords and tenants
thorough record keeping and documenting conversations and transactions
providing excellent customer service to potential and existing clients
dealing with general office correspondence including 'walk-in’, email and telephone enquiries

managing tenant enquiries, 'in-going’ follow-ups, periodic inspections, 'out-going’ inspections and record keeping
Requirements
comfortable working with your team as well as individually
computer literacy , good letter/email writing and telephone manner
you must be professional, friendly enthusiastic and organised and competent at record keeping
you must have the confidence to communicate with all levels of clients
experience within the profession or an experienced sales person is preferred and you must be able to demonstrate good organisational, communication and customer service skills
able to generate new business in a target driven environment
outstanding customer care / customer service experience
resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
