Absolute shocking company. Please avoid. Emails (deleted by the administrator)because you have a problem with the workmanship. Calling me a (deleted by the administrator)etc. Very professional not.
The aftercare is shocking I'm now going to go through small claims as only done late feb and already the floor is lifting and when you contact them they block you absolutely stay away
Is BATHROOM MASTERS a trustworthy company?
Had a full bathroom fitted and from start to finish no issues at all and the bathroom and fittings look amazing and the bathroom fitter did a great job and each day showed me the work carried out and asked if I have any questions with the fittings or workmanship .

Avoid, other people are correct once they have your money they don't care, they refuse to carry out repairs they deem not their fault even if it is, not even worth 1 star
Poor workman ship no clue on what they installing , once they have your money they really don’t care I hope someone is strong enough to Persue them through court
They carry out very poor work and refuse to honour guarantee. Also they do not give Certs for any electrical work. This can invalidate your home insurance.
can it really invalidate a home insurance? I've never heard about such thing. Did they at least refund you some of the costs after such a poor work?
