Responsibility
- communicating with customers by phone, email and in person on a daily basis
- liaise with the company suppliers to get updates on orders
- book out deliveries with customers
- communicating with logistic partners
- arrange collections, delivery of replacement item and repairs with customers
- organize resolutions to customer issues in appropriate time scale
- correspondence and email management as and when required
Requirements
- we are looking for a person to join our inhouse growing team with an appropriate proven track record
- multi skilled with extensive experience and ready for a long term career at Bathroom City
- ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently reporting directly to management
- work within a young team in a busy open office environment
- experience in Sage software is useful but not essential
- experience within the bathroom related industry would be an advantage. However, training will be provided by our experienced team
