Working hours

Responsibility

  • help and liaise with all departments to keep them updated on their order delivery schedules and with the management of production
  • identify and implement improvements to purchasing processes, with clear communication to all teams and ensuring compliance to them
  • improve and develop relationships with suppliers, constantly looking to optimise our supply chain where possible
  • management of inventory
  • ensure a physical stock count is undertaken monthly, and all discrepancies investigated and reported
  • ownership and responsibility of maintaining our inventory management and financial system - to ensure traceability of items and all financial aspects linked to this
  • liaise with all suppliers and departments to ensure all Quality Assurance processes are followed
  • this includes raising all Purchase orders, checking in with suppliers for updates on delivery times and all other duties as outlined above
