Responsibility
- conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- carrying out periodic inspections
- building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- having grown rapidly in recent years we are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our energetic and dynamic team. This multi faceted role would suit a motivated individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment
- negotiating and finalising rental agreements

- handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Requirements
- strong and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- ambition to build relationships and win new business
- self motivated and well organised with a keen eye for detail
- able to perform well under pressure
- well spoken and well presented
- ambitious, 'can do' attitude
- proven ability to work independently and be a team player
