ongoing stock takes reporting stock levels to department managers / supervisors as soon as minimum stock quantities are reached
daily stock takes of our most frequently used products as identified by department manager / supervisors
understanding and working to the ordering procedures of our suppliers
raising supplier purchase orders to maintain minimum stock levels
cross checking items delivered against delivery notes on receipt of goods
loading of items for dispatch / Unloading of deliveries where required
preparing parts / job kits according to department requisitions
Requirements

keen to make things work better, proactive in improving efficiency within our working procedures
organisation and time management skills will be extremely important in order to monitor and enhance the stores operations
