- to deliver top quality, high standards of repair on each vehicle, efficiently and in a timely manner
- manage the workshop to optimise capacity, efficiency, and profitability
- manage compliance of all company processes, including health and Safety, PAS125 and manufacturer standards
- maintain open line of communication and individual performance management
- update customers on the progress of their repair
- the successful applicant will need to have a full driving licence, professional appearance, excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a calm, confident approach
Requirements
- deliver high quality repairs through a happy, motivated, highly skilled workshop
- staff retention and recruitment and have a current knowledge of HR policies
