Responsibility

  • preparation of monthly management accounts for the Group including consolidation
  • preparation of monthly project analysis reports
  • cash Flow Management
  • maintenance of balance sheet debtor and creditor balances
  • providing ad hoc financial analysis reporting, understanding of CRM data
  • assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • assisting with monitoring cash flow
  • VAT returns

Requirements

  • accounting
  • good accounting experience
  • working knowledge of Xero
  • a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • ideally some property experience
  • a desire to work in an SME business
