Responsibility
- when dealing with customers, maintain a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner at all times
- to actively promote and highlight offers to customer whenever appropriate
- become familiar with our products to ensure that the correct product information is given to the customer
- ensure a high level of Customer Service at all times
- to feedback to the Store Manager any relevant information such as customer requests, product shortages etc
- the role provides a complete deputising service in handling and controlling the running of the store, to include assisting in the management and motivation of staff
- ensure all stock is correctly coded, priced with correct point of sale etc
- to process payments for products through the till, ensuring money & paperwork is handled accurately and with integrity. Also deal with refunds/discounts/vouchers as per Company Policy
