- reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager, candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident of liaising at all levels both internally and externally
- proposing, agreeing, setting and benchmarking KPI objectives
Requirements
- required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- previous multiple Retail account management experience
- strong customer engagement skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proactive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- ability to flourish in a dynamic working environment
- strong commercial awareness
- ideally educated to degree or equivalent level
