Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s mortgage administration experience
- exceptional communication skills, in writing and in person, with a friendly and approachable manner
- ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time well
- experience working in a firm under the Quilter network/Xplan systems
- A passion for getting the detail right every time and completing tasks with accuracy
- ceMap or equivalent
- ceMap 1 or equivalent
- professional, personable, with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude, who thrives in a busy environment
Responsibility
- completing spreadsheets to record/search information
- provide comprehensive, flexible administrative support to the team of advisors
- answering calls, taking messages for advisors and handling client queries professionally
- greet clients and visitors at the reception desk
- process Mortgage & Insurance applications; following up with providers, lenders, solicitors and keeping clients informed of the application journey
- comply with company standards and policies on Data Protection, Financial Crime, Treating Customers Fairly as well as FCA regulations
- handling diary systems, to book client appointments and reminders for following up on applications
