Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our Bare Grills Smokhouse in Bristol
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen
- provide recommendations and answer any menu-related questions
- ensure a clean and organized dining area
- serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- as a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience
- handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for food and a willingness to learn about our menu
- hospitality: 1 year
- must be available to work from 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM, Tuesdays through Fridays
