Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for a passionate, creative and motivated Sous chef to join the Barca Tapas kitchen team
  • starting salary £30000 pa
  • plus guaranteed £5000 of Tronc pa
  • and additional a share of cash tips
  • the right candidate will need to lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s days off and annual leave, have a good understanding of online ordering and stock controls
  • you will be joining a strong team in a fast paced kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients in a business that has served happy customers for over 20 years
