  • mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per restaurant specifications
  • greet costumers in a friendly and courteous manners

  • minimum of at least one years of experience in a similar position
  • monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies
  • to greet and welcome all guests when in public areas.Order taking and waiting on tables Exceeding Guest Expectations.To assist in regular stocktaking
  • to assist in cleaning rotas for the restaurant / dining room.To carry out all duties in a safe and hygienic manner, observing health & safety and fire regulations.To attend staff meetings and training as required.To identify and report all faults and repairs needed to the maintenance department and ensure that all jobs are completed To report any accident or hazard
