Responsibility
- we are on the hunt for an ambitious, energetic, friendly and focused individual to manage our successful Isleworth shop
- welcome to BALLUCCI Coffee Bar & Lounge. We operate two independent coffee lounges in Hounslow and Isleworth, serving delicious coffee, tasty sandwiches and amazing pastries and cakes
- we are looking for someone with a passion for coffee , a high standard of customer service, and a can-do attitude
- for our Store Manager, we need someone who can keep our team in high spirits, make great coffee, and provide an outstanding experience to our customers, while also ensuring that the store is operating efficiently and safely
- this position will require the successful candidate to work 5 days out of 7, including at least one weekend day every week
- the role will be split into working on the shop floor with the team, and working in our office completing administrative work, such as schedule planning, stock management, performance overviews and generally ensuring the smooth running of the shop, in partnership with the Store Manager from our Hounslow store, and the owner of the business
- in our stores, we pride ourselves on creating a relaxing, positive and friendly atmosphere and ambience for our customers, to make them feel at ease and to encourage them to visit again
- as the Store Manager, we expect you to be the friendly face that our regular customers are familiar with, and to ensure that our high customer service standards are maintained by everyone in the team
