- to ensure that food hygiene and allergy training records are kept and that qualifications are renewed before expiry
- to keep the volunteer database up to date and to keep excellent records
- to ensure all record keeping is GDPR compliant and that volunteers are aware of their GDPR responsibilities
- to provide support for volunteers when needed and ensure they are confident in their role
- to be proactive in appointing new volunteers, working with partners and agencies to achieve this
- to visit each Community Pantry at least once in every 6 weeks, more often if necessary
- to work collaboratively with the Growing Project staff to ensure appropriate training and management of volunteers working on growing projects
