Responsibility
- bank reconciliations for all accounts and petty cash
- ensuring invoices for the property division are sent out and paid in a timely manner
- monitoring the work and progress of the Group Finance Assistant and covering their work when they are on leave
- improving and streamlining processes to improve the internal working of the accounts function
- monitoring expenditure and negotiating improved terms with existing/new suppliers
