Responsibility
- perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles
- conduct inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements
- utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- complete service and repair orders accurately and efficiently
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
Requirements
- previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair techniques
- proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
