Responsibility
- financial reconciliations including bank and balance sheet control accounts
- month end preparations & posting journal entries including prepayments & accruals, fixed assets & depreciation, payroll journal etc
- preparation of quarterly management reporting P&L & variance analysis, balance sheet & cashflows
- forecasting cashflow projections & annual budgeting preparation and reporting
- manage annual accounts submissions and information for accountants
- sales ledger processing and credit control duties
- present financial information to the management team at monthly meetings from sage 200
- purchase ledger & Supplier payments processing
Requirements
- sage 200 experience advantage
- highly organised and a high level of attention to detail, with ability to prioritise at short notice
- strong numeracy and communication skills
- able to deliver a quality service within required deadlines
- experience with HMRC / Government Gateway
- previous experience an advantage
