Responsibility
- HR Officer - Wellingborough - £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- ballyvesey Holdings is the privately owned parent company of a wide range of trading subsidiaries
- we are looking for an experienced HR Officer to assist the HR function in our construction and plant division
- established in 1970, the group’s main activities are centered around commercial vehicles in transport and logistics, vehicle rental, truck and van sales, aftersales support and maintenance, trailer manufacturing and spare parts sales, transport industry services, construction equipment sales and rental, and property development
- work in partnership with Business Unit Leads and Department Heads to ensure employment, training and H&S records are consistently and accurately maintained on the various portals including SFX and Equinox
- direct involvement in minute taking and administration of all communications arising from meetings
- produce MI reports in respect of same, produce regular analysis of KPI for HR across the business units
- first point of contact for HR related matters within the business units
