Responsibility
manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service
process orders and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our current MIS software
stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services, and share knowledge with clients and internal teams
resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner
work closely with internal departments, including production and design, to ensure that clients' needs are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget
provide regular reports to clients on account performance and status updates.· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
Requirements
minimum of 2 years of experience in account management in a print related company
strong understanding of the print industry and its related products and services is a must
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
