Responsibility
- collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the operational strategy, aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation
- foster strong collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs
- facilitate seamless coordination and alignment to achieve operational goals
- streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- identify opportunities for automation, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement efforts across operations
- work closely with the executive team to plan and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support operational activities
- monitor resource utilization, identify areas for optimization, and implement strategies to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- bachelor's or master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- proven track record of at least 6 years in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- experience in a startup environment or in scaling operations is advantageous
- strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- in-depth knowledge of operational management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- experience in process optimization, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make data-driven decisions
