Responsibility

  • balgownie Ltd have been proudly serving the agricultural, construction and groundcare industries in the North of Scotland since 1907
  • we currently have an exciting and challenging vacancy for a Warranty Administrator to join our depot based in Inverurie
  • as a Warranty Administrator for Balgownie Ltd, you will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work
  • the right candidate will be intelligent, friendly, honest, hardworking, possess good numerical skills and have great attention to detail
  • good communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work within a team for the benefit of the whole company
  • processing credits from the manufacturers on approval of claims
  • check any claims rejected and resubmit errors or in conjunction with the Service Manager, investigate and advise why rejected
  • suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and service
