Responsibility
- documenting Findings: Record inspection results and maintain comprehensive documentation of non-conforming parts, reporting any issues to senior inspectors or supervisors
- process Monitoring: Collaborate with production teams to monitor and maintain manufacturing processes to prevent defects and improve product quality
- continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and assist in implementing corrective actions to enhance the overall quality of vacuum-formed and CNC-machined products
- equipment Maintenance: Keep inspection equipment and tools in good working condition by conducting regular maintenance and calibration checks
- quality Inspection: Perform thorough visual inspections and dimensional checks of vacuum-formed plastic components and CNC-machined parts to identify any defects, imperfections, or deviations from specifications
- measurement and Testing: Utilise various precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as callipers, micrometres, CMM , and other quality control tools, to verify product dimensions and mechanical properties accurately
