Responsibility

  • you'll oversee the entire operation of your kitchen, working in conjunction with the business owner
  • deal with guest feedback and implement appropriate action plans, spotting opportunities to improve the team’s performance
  • following recipe guidelines accurately and producing food at the required company standards
  • ensuring the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy, adhering to Food, Health & Safety regulations
  • kitchen safety is paramount
  • thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
  • organising and correctly storing food supplies
  • manage the kitchen effectively, working alongside the team, to ensure all food is delivered on time, meeting demands of service and waiting times

Requirements

  • good communications skills
  • working in a similar industry such as food service, catering or hospitality
  • high levels of personal hygiene and appearance
  • cooking: 1 year
  • previous food handling experience
