Responsibility
- with our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
- place orders for all raw materials and consumables, monitoring and reporting expenditure monthly against budget
- assist the Distillery Manager in all aspects of the job including participating in the “On Call” roster
- provide cover for the Distillery Manager to include the day to day operation and any tasks associated with the distillery
- assist in the management of all financial, operational, C&E, EHS and SEPA documentation for the distillery
- participate in JDSL communication briefings/meetings and help with development issues and other initiatives where appropriate
- assist in achieving distillery annual output targets working as one team to produce consistent spirit quality within budget and in a safe working environment
- actively participate in the Continuous Improvement of distillery operators and operations/activities by considering current work practices and suggesting alternatives where appropriate
