- effectively handling and responding to all customer service enquiries by phone and email
- handling communication between suppliers, couriers and third party retailers
- order processing, generating shipping documentation and labels
- invoicing, record keeping and general office administration
- stock taking, maintaining and updating stock records
Requirements
- A confident communicator with established written and verbal communication skills
