Responsibility
- our Syrian cuisine restaurant is seeking a full-time waiter/waitress with at least one year of experience in the industry
- the ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers
- greeting customers and taking their orders
- providing menu recommendations and answering any questions customers may have
- serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- preparing and setting tables for service
- maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- handling customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively
Requirements
- at least one year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- knowledge of Levantine cuisine is a plus
