Responsibility

  • communicate regularly via telephone and e-mail with the external sales team, and when required, directly with architects/builders/end users
  • understand a client’s brief and create room design drawings using different software’s such as AutoCAD/REVIT/IMOS
  • send drawings via e-mail for approval from the client before quoting
  • handle queries from clients and discuss different product ranges. Advise and offer potential solutions to any obstacles raised
  • manage workload to ensure that all work is completed within the timeframes set by the Senior Estimator
  • attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
  • use Microsoft Navision software to book in enquiries and update the database of any potential leads and opportunities, and to update projects once quoted, so that the opportunity is recorded and tracked
  • be willing to work overtime when required
