Responsibility
- ensure guest comfort and satisfaction by overseeing the smooth running of daily operations in the restaurant
- provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- supervise and support restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service standards
- assist in training new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our menu offerings, service protocols, and restaurant policies
- act as a point of contact for guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and any special requests or accommodations
- maintain a welcoming and organized restaurant environment, ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings, and attractive decor
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food delivery, while upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry is preferred
- A strong passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both guests and team members
- proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
- exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and staff schedules effectively
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry
