ensure guest comfort and satisfaction by overseeing the smooth running of daily operations in the restaurant
provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
supervise and support restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service standards
assist in training new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our menu offerings, service protocols, and restaurant policies
act as a point of contact for guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and any special requests or accommodations
maintain a welcoming and organized restaurant environment, ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings, and attractive decor
collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food delivery, while upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements
previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry is preferred
A strong passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both guests and team members
proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and staff schedules effectively
