Responsibility

  • provide project direction, focus and consistency across the project
  • organise labour and scheduling
  • ensure the quality of work on site is always conforms to a high standard
  • ensuring the project is on budget and on programme
  • keeping track of all change and cost orders
  • ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
  • manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project "end to end". Activities to include, but not be limited to, business development, direct labour, sub-contractor management and site manager duties
  • provide time sheets to the director for salaries of labour
